COBRA insurance questions I have gotten though EmailI am really confused... If my company becomes bankrupt and goes out of business...how do we continue our medical benefits until we seek another place of employ? I was told that there was no way we could obtain cobra if that happened. I thought it was a state goverened thing... as I said, I am totally confused. Fran: Whoever told you was right.
