We know the COBRA regulations can be confusing for both employers and former employers. You are not alone, help is on our user board.

Eligibility for COBRA


You may qualify for continuation coverage if You already had group health plan and:

  • Your group had over 20 total employees
  • Were laid off or quit
  • Divorced or legally separated
  • Are an employees spouses or dependent child
  • Still employed but with reduced hours
  • Paying the entire premium yourself
  • Paying up to a 2% administrative fee
  • Were a state or local government worker of iniquity
  • Are a spouse or dependent
  • Reduced part time hours
You can un-enroll in COBRA by sending in the cancellation form provided to you. It is not recommended you just stop paying the premiums.
