Are you eligible to continue your health plan under COBRA?
You may qualify for continuation coverage if
You already had group health plan and:
- Your group had over 20 total employees
- Were laid off or quit
- Divorced or legally separated
- Are an employees spouses or dependent child
- Still employed but with reduced hours
- Paying the entire premium yourself
- Paying up to a 2% administrative fee
- Were a state or local government worker of iniquity
- Are a spouse or dependent
- Reduced part time hours
You can un enroll in COBRA the same way you cancel elsewhere, just stop paying the premiums.
