My company informed us they are planning on withdrawing from a multi-employer group health plan and we don't know what our coverage will be. Does your employer have plans to start or contribute to another new plan? That's about your only hope on triggering COBRA continuation, cause of now, there's no plan to continue.

Choose COBRA for your son, or get him into the new plan providing there is one. Do not wait on this since there are specific deadlines.

The me thing happened to my company, I think it's because of the Obamacare law. So much for feel good social engineering!
