---------"I was on COBRA then became disabled. Can I extend my coverage?
If you are ruled disabled by the Social Security Administration within the first 60 days of continuation coverage, you would qualify for 11 more months of COBRA----

I read the above here and wanted to know if this was true for Ma Mini Cobra also.
thanks, chuck

Chuck:

Most of the Mini COBRA laws mirror the federal cobra, however I could not find where in Massachusetts they address the disability issue. I recommend you call Regulated Industries Division 1-617-727-2200. 1-617-521-7777.

Mini COBRA has mostly the same details as COBRA but disability is a real wildcard.
