I didnt enroll with COBRA within 60 days of losing my health coverage. Am I still eligible? All I want to do is sign up for the dental coverage. Please help

It's not within 60 days of losing your health coverage, it's 60 days from the day of postmark from the health plan administrator. Then you have another 45 days after you elect to send the back premiums to get you current.

Check the postmark mailing date on the envelope and that is your 60 day start.

Dental is a pretty even playing field, since they all take pre existing conditions AFTER a certain waiting period, sometmes 6 months.
