wrong dates for cert

I voluntarily resigned 1 month ago. What dates should be on the health insurance certificare? I got mine in the mail right away, but I think the time frame is incorrect.

Mr. Marx:

The Certificate of Prior Creditable Coverage should have:

- the dates on which your prior health plan coverage began and ended (he most recent period of continuous coverage).
- contact information so that old and new plans can be in touch if necessary.
- information about your HIPAA rights.
- The dates be within the prior 24 months. The certificate does not have to reflect more than 18 months of continuous health coverage (the longest possible preexisting condition exclusion period) without a significant break.
