COBRA questions (with answers) I have received via Email

My situation is similar to "Out of State". However, my main concern is if I am eligible for COBRA coverage if I voluntarily leave my job knowing my present benefits are available in Illinois where I am planning to relocate. My present employer has several employees/sales reps in Illinois who enjoy the same coverage I presently have.

If the benefits are available in IL to other employees, they will be available to you on COBRA. The plan will be the exact same as far as core benefits. If you are terminated for gross misconduct, or have less then 20 total employees, than I would you COBRA wouldn't be available.
