Discount medical cards are such a scam. they are not insurance, you still have to pay the medical bills, but htey may offer you some negotiated rates. If these "negotiated rates" are better than cash prices remains to be seen.
And their billing is a mess by design. Never read about a Discount medical card company that did not have an "F" rating on the BBB.
