I live in West Virginia. My employer (a temporary staffing agency) has terminated my health coverage which I maintained for two years, without notice, without COBRA, and continues to withhold premium from my paycheck. What recourse do I have? I received medical treatments of approximately $700 after the termination while I thought I still had coverage.
