company failed to send in dental paper work for cobra
I worked for a hospital and have been paying for my cobra premiums on time. My medical insurance is in effect but I needed to go to the dentist and checked on my dental insurance. The administrator of the benefit where I worked failed to send in my paper work so I was not on the plan. A week has gone by and it is still not in effect. My dentist will not accept her word and I will have to pay up front. Who can I contact on a federal or state level to report this activity. They have done this once before and have done it to other people too just out of pure incompetence. Any suggestions?
