Refund of Cobra Premiums
A Cobra participant demanded a "full refund" of all Cobra premiums paid from Jan-April 2005 because they did not use the services. Are we obligated to "refund"? My healthcare provider will not reimburse that far back on a cancellation request. Are we obligated to return premiums in this situation? Where can I find more descriptive language on this issue? Thanks
