My Father retired on 6/28/05. I understand he has 60 days to
elect COBRA coverage. If he incurs medical bills (doctor visit, labs, etc.)
today for instance, and then enrolls in COBRA after the fact, would those
medical bills be covered retro-active or aonly going forward?
