Need Help re: Horrible treatment from CobraServ/Ceridian
I was recently called by a doctor I needed to see that my coverage from Florida BC/BS was cancelled by Ceridian. I always pay my bill when it arrives. Ceridian "customer service" first told me that they never sent out a cancellation but a BC/BS rep read it to me over the phone. Ceridian states that they send out their bills on the 19th of each month, but if they don't get payment by the 30th they may cancel you. They also take a long time to register your payment. Even so I was paid up on time. The rep told me I should pay the bill before it arrives. They have refused to intervene with BC/BS to have me reinstated. I need to see this MD and be able to fill prescriptions badly. Do I have any recourse? Any help would be much appreciated.
