Cobra extention AB 1401
Hi,
I am a social worker at a dialysis clinic and one of my patients has Pacificare through Cobra and her benefits are due to end March 1, 2006. This issue is that I have a note from the past social worker stating that she qualifies to have her federal cobra extented for 7 more months until 9/30/06. I can't see to find a phone number for Cobra to get some help and Pacificare told my pt to call her employer, but when she called them they said contact Cobra. Please help asap since time is running out.
