Hi Phil, I am sorry you are having trouble. First thing you need to know though, is that there is NO requirement under COBRA for them to send invoices. So you should be paying for each month anyway, even if you don't get an invoice. Do not rely on the invoices, since they don't have to send them. What month are you dealing with? When are they showing you cancelled as of and when did you send the payment for that month?
