Contact your health plan administrator, did set the plan up so the withdraws would come out during the grace period?

Agent

: I received a letter today saying my coverage was cancelled on 12/31/05 because the premium was not paid. I have the Bank statement's where the Jan. and Feb. 06 premiums cleared my account in Jan. Has anyone else had a similiar problem?
