Comments: My husband was unsure when his health coverage would
discontinue.
After MANY attempts of trying to find out his employer would not return his calls regarding
the
issue.On August 10 we received a noticed saying our coverage had
expired.
By this point in the month we were certian it continued through August, since
there had
been no communication from the company. Does the employer have to
notify
the employee before coverage ends? Does the employer have a certian
time
frame to get information about COBRA the employee. Please Help!
