Ceridian Cancelled Me/One Day Late
Ceridian, the Cobra carrier for my previous employer cancelled me after receiving my payment postmarked one day late. But according to the recording and menu on their phone system, I was up to date and fine. Can anything be done about the system? I was unaware that I was late with a payment. My medical and dental were under separate entities and the phone recording was stating the dental status only. My medical cancelled and was made retroactive to cover a surgery that I have to now pay all the bills for. Would an attorney help?
