My husband paid for his November Cobra benefits. We were covered by BCBS of Fl with Bank of America. I left employment on 10/24/04, my benefits carried me to the end of October. We paid for Cobra for the month of November. I have called your office and your administrator for the past 5 months, and cannot get his Novmeber 8 claim paid. Since the claim has not been paid and I was told by your administrator to file a complaint with the Federal Labor Dept.
This was filed on April 22,2005, I faxed them all the paper work, including the benefit coverage period, the check which was cashed by you and all the promises that the check was in the mail.
