Changing Coverage
If a COBRA participant moves from one state to another and there is a plan in both states does the employer have to allow the participant to change, if so does anyone know what section of the regs I can find it in?
Second question does it matter what type of coverage they are enrolled in (ie if they have a PPO can they change to an HMO in the new state even if a PPO is available?
