Well there are two versions here from the same company. One says you were on time, the other late. Even so, there is a 30 day grace period as long as you don't overlap another payment.

Most COBRA cases are settled out of court. Consult with a labor attorney.

: Ceridian, the Cobra carrier for my previous employer cancelled me after receiving my payment postmarked one day late. But according to the recording and menu on their phone system, I was up to date and fine. Can anything be done about the system? I was unaware that I was late with a payment. My medical and dental were under separate entities and the phone recording was stating the dental status only. My medical cancelled and was made retroactive to cover a surgery that I have to now pay all the bills for. Would an attorney help?
