Cobra & PPO's
If as an Illinois employee, a company pays for the premium and the majority of the deductible on the PPO is also paid by employer - when COBRA is chosen by an ex-employee, is the employer entitled to still cover the deductible portion but pay for the premium themselves, or do both the premium and deductible fall on to the employee when they choose COBRA? OR does this depend on the plan?
