My employee is terminating my health coverage as of Friday, August 27. My new employee begins health coverage on or around Sept. 28-30 (30 days after starting). The question is: do i need to enact Cobra before i leave this job to ensure coverage or can i wait the 30 days to see if i need it and still be able to enact Cobra?
