My employer pays for the employee health insurance premium in full each month as part of our employement package. My boss asked me to switch my last day from the 31st of August to the 3rd of September. My employer now wants to prorate the September payment and deduct that amount from my final paycheck. Can she do that or does she have to pay for the entire month?
