That depends on if the cost of offering you coverage in North Carolina is prohibitive. Would it be possible for you to enroll in those plans prior to your termination? That would make things much less complicated.

: I am leaving my current job and moving from Colorado To North Carolina. Right now I have Kaiser Permanente in Colorado and they don't have offices in NC. My employer offers several plans that are available in NC. Will I be able to switch to one of those plans?
