I am recently divorced I was told during the process that I could have cobra. After the divorce,my ex husband's company which is a franchise (part of an internationl company) told me that since they have less than 4 employees they do not have to offer it to me. My emails to the corporate hdq. have not been answered. I live in TN and the franchise is in Ohio.
