Cobra Screwing Me
Ok, so I'm going to have to accept that my Cobra admin has screwed, blatantly broken HIPAA laws, and terminated my coverage retro active 3 months.
But now, I'm also finding out that because they terminated me retro and told me much later, I have a lapse in coverage which is preventing other carriers from taking me on.
Is this fair? Who can I talk to to sue their pants off cuz I've already incurred over $8000 in medical bills in the last month or so.
