Cobra Outsourcing Service
I have been on Cobra coverage for over a year and the company that is responsible for overseeing the plan (the servicer) keeps claiming that they are not receiving my checks. I send them out on-time (and usually without a coupon because the company fails to send them on time) I have sent in my last 4 payments and now the servicer has cancelled my coverage claiming they have not rec'd them. I have left numerous messages, sent faxes and am unable to send the payments return receipt because it is a P.O. Box. Please help!!!!!
