Starting Coverage4 months after termination?
I seperated from my previous employer the first week of June 04. Due to an illness I was diagnosed with during my time with my previous employer, I have a "previous medical condition" upon my hiring at a new job. My current job only pays a certain amount toward my previous condition. Is it too late to start my Cobra coverage from my previous employer? Can I just pay for each month of coverage up until this point? Do I contact my previous Health Insurance Provider? And due to me relocating fairly quickly, I didnt receive any info concerning starting COBRA coverage?
