In December 2003 the Illinois law changed from 18 months of COBRA coverage being the min. to 9 months of coverage being the min.. I was let go in June of 2003. I'm I granfathered in the old law getting the 18 months or do I only get the 9 months? I only got 9 months but if I was intitled to 18 months can I don anything about it now?
