Employee terminated health insurance on Sept. 29 in writting. On Sept 30 she was terminated (following 4 write-ups). She is now hounding me saying that I need to COBRA her and I'm trying to explain that she terminated her coverage before she was fired. She is claiming she spoke to someone at the insurance board and they say she should be COBRA'ed. Do you think she has any basis for asking this???
