Termination Date to determine when COBRA should begin
I sent a resignation letter dated 9/28 with my resignation being effective 10/11/04. I received my COBRA notice and it stated that the employer terminated my coverage as of 9/25/04 and I would be covered through September BUT NOT OCTOBER. Is this right, can they do that and get out of paying October's premiums????? Thank You
