Thanks for the response. I was told that my job is eliminated starting March 15, 2004. So is the date for qualifying event March 15 or is it Oct. 15 when my severence ended? I would think that the qualifying event is when my job ended on March 15. Am I right? Would appreciate your response. Thanks.
