I have just left my employment and qualify for COBRA option. Last day of employment was 05/30.
Employer notified me of my COBRA options immediately and stated that if I wanted it that I would have to forward payment immediately or I would not be able to have COBRA as an option. Don't I have 60 days to decide? Need answer A.S.A.P. as employer is going to take the $800 out of my final check unless I respond.
