That is a mess, I would request reinstatement in writing, certified. The adminstrator sounds unorganized since you got multiple bills. The $2 you shorted them on your November payment shold be considered as trivial amount. First, why are they saying they canceled you?

: Cal-Cobra began Aug 1. I paid 3 months in advance through October 31. In early October Cal-Cobra sent a bill for nearly $800 for November payment only. Then another "corrected bill for $399 only (true payment) but with an invoice stating "0 balance due". To be safe I sent $798.60 on November 1 after being out of the country most of October. You guessed it...my insurance has been cancelled. Am I intitled to resinstatement with this mess? Please help, I need my prescriptions fast. Thanks.
