COBRA questions
My husband and I are relocating to North Carolina. I am
interested in COBRA in order to continue my husband's health insurance
coverage while he is looking for a job in North Carolina. We currently
reside in New Jersey and my husband has Oxford Health Insurance. How can we
go about applying for COBRA? When will it become effective? He will be
resigning fro his current job within the next couple of weeks. I would
appreciate any advice. Thank you!
