Premium paid, claims are not
I enrolled in Cobra coverage after switching jobs through Core Source. The premiums were paid but that are not paying the insurance claims. They have taken over one month to deposit and credit my account for the payments. This whole process has been horribly confusing and expensive! I am paying monthly minimums on several thousand dollars worth of medical bills to keep them out of collections. The company is not paying them and will not return my money! No one will help. What can I do?
