COBRA premium after revoking waiver

I waived and subsequently revoked the waiver of COBRA coveragewithin the prescribed 60 days. Since coverage is not now retroactive to loss of coverage date, can the insurance company charge me premiums retroactive to that date or only for the time I now have coverage from this point forward?
