We have a small business in Pennsylvania with 4 employees. We recently fired someone, the first person we ever fired. We are not sure if this person qualifies for COBRA since we are a small business. The employee did have health insureace through the business. If you have any helpful information, please let me know. Do I contact our Insurance administator if he does qualify to get the paperwork? Or where do I get the paperwork from?
