COBRA cancelation!!
I was on the Cobra plan since march under Amerie Health thr my previous employer. I was paying him full amount every month for the coverage.
On July 28th I received letter that the coverage was terminated on July 14.
I would like to know if my previous employer can just cancel the COBRA plan all though cobra plan is for 18 months.
I have one more question: if my employer decided to cancel the insurance, is there are law that obligate him to inform me before he canceles the coverage so I won't stay with no insurance ( I have a medical condition and I'm going undertreatment).
