If they double billing you, ut's not of course, since COBRA is seemless but not overlapping coverage.

Send them a certified letter regarding your concerns.

: My son graduated from college on June 26. I notified my employer and his coverage dropped an COBRA form sent. However, they are chargin me for a full month of June. Is this legal?
