Correct, you would be eligible for the COBRA plan benefits since the triggering event, the loss of your health plan.
Especially if it was a large empoloyer like Wachovia.

: If you are working for a co. full time with benefits and decide to go part-time and the hours worked drops belong the limit for benefit are you then eligilibly for cobra? My thought is yes but has any had any experience with this and how did you handle.
