Cobra for an open enrollment?
Do I need to offer cobra to employees who drop coverage with an open enrollment? I have two employees who have dropped their separated spouses effective with our open enrollment date (our do what you want with your plan, no questions asked period). How do I handle it when the employee doesn't even know the address of the separated spouse?
