Cobra Coverage
I extended my health benefits via Cobra from my previos employer. They stated the info was faxed to the insurance company on 12/27 however the insurance company states a fax was never received. A message was left with my previous employer concerning this but they are not returning my calls. Meanwhile I have already paid for coverage for December and January, have no insurance, and am in dire need of medical attention. Help!!!!
