Cobra cancelled
Payments were due on time. Enrollment form for 3007 was not returned until Dec. 29. Performance Food Group cancelled us on Jan 1st with notice on the 29th, the Friday afternoon before New Years. We faxed the form to them that day, but they still elected to cancel us. Where do we go for immediate coverage. Are liver problems considered to be high risk?
