: Will i get the same insurance plan that i have or is there a pre condition to cobra for pregnant women?

It depends on how much time has lapsed since your qualifying event. You only have 60 days to elect COBRA once a qulifying event occurs (i.e. voluntary termination, involuntary termination, reduction in hours, divorce or legal seperation of covered employee, etc.)

If you still qualify for COBRA coverage, then yes, your coverage will be exactly the same coverage as you had while employed with your former company.
