Subject: Re: How soon after last day do benefits get terminated??

: Hi : I recently left a job that I was at for 4 years and received COBRA paperwork from my former employer stating that my benefits were terminated on the same day as my last working day. : Am I incorrect to assume that since insurance premiums are paid a month in advance that my coverage should have continued until the next billing cycle for insurance premiums. Whether it be 5 days or 30 days?? : Any information would be greatly appreciated : Thank you
