A question abt Ex 4 in your excellant COBRA page. Jane W is pregnant when she changes jobs and new company has pre-existing condition clause. I thought that if Jane had previous coverage with no gap, her new company couldn't enforce the pre-ex clause.

Also, if a company goes bankrupt, can employees use COBRA?
