I worked in Oklahoma for a company based in Arkansas that promised to extend me into the cobra coverage after letting me go/laying me off. I can not get in touch with the employer and the health coverage plan I was under shows me as a cancel. I know that I should have at least 1 month of extended service in OK or 4 months for Arkansas depending what state is the deciding factor. My emails are sent back to me and my phone is blocked and I need the health insurance and elected to have it and sent the paperwork asked of me to elect for it. What recourse do I have?
