I need to know who within theSpectra Cobra C206 plan I could speak with in determining whether anenrollee has creditable prescription drug coverage. Please provide me witha name/department and phone number. I have spoken with the enrollees planadministrator and they have provided me with dates of prescription drugcoverage. They were unable to determine whether the coverage was creditableprescription drug coverage. They indicated that the Cobra health plan wouldbe able to determine whether the enrollees prescription coverage wascreditable coverage. Thanks for your time.
